Next meeting is Tuesday 14th SEPT 2010, for a 6.30pm/18.30hrs start. We hope to have a Musical Evening on September 14th. Plus our usual browse and individual mentor time in the shop which is very popular. I plan to publish some of the tips from our last meeting. - Also for first-timers' look around our new meeting place in Solutions Inc. in Guildford.

A list of alternative browsers can be found here on the site. Apple's Safari browser is vulnerable to an attack that allows a malicious web site to read files on a user's hard drive without user intervention. Ouch...

Seems for now the best fix is to change the default RSS reader (whether you use RSS feeds or not...) Mail or perhaps Google for non/ casual RSS users - if you are a heavy RSS user you probably have a dedicated feed reader anyway... |

Make sure that you are aware of every program that is running on your mac. If not bring it along to our next meeting and we can solve the mystery and clean you mac for you. |
